Ways To Work With Me
Monthly Hours Retainer
£25/hour
Reserving a set number of hours of support per month is great if you’re not sure exactly what you’ll need help with from month to month and want complete task flexibility.
You can reserve 10, 20, 30 or 40 hours per month at the standard hourly rate, paid monthly in advance to reserve your slot.
If needed, you can also purchase additional ad hoc hours if you go over your retainer allowance.
Bespoke Monthly Package
£ Fixed Fee
If you prefer, I can create a bespoke package for you with set deliverables for a fixed, flat monthly fee (payable in advance each month).
This will suit you if you’d rather not pay by the hour and want to know exactly what you’ll be getting each month and how much it will cost.
The package will be tailored to your exact needs and can be changed when needed (with sufficient notice).
Ad Hoc Hours
£28 per hour
If you need extra hours outside of your retainer, you can purchase ad hoc hours at a slightly higher rate when needed (subject to my availability).
These additional hours will be invoiced at the end of each month.
This is great for one-off tasks you don’t have time for but can’t necessarily foresee.

The Process
Contact & Discovery
The first step is for you to get in touch via the contact page on this website, letting me know a bit about your business and what support you need.
After that I’ll send you a link to book your free 30-minute discovery call if I think I can help you.
During the call I’ll learn as much as I can about your business, your offers, and your short and long-term goals - and how I can solve your problems with my VA services.
After the call I’ll send you a detailed proposal outlining exactly how I can help and how much it will cost.
You read the proposal and let me know what you want to go ahead with.
Onboarding
If it’s a yes, great! I’ll send you my data processing agreement and contract with terms of service and a detailed scope of work.
Once you’ve read through and signed the documents, you’ll receive an initial invoice.
For monthly retainer work and bespoke monthly packages, the fee is payable in advance of each month you want the work to take place in, so you'll receive an invoice for the full monthly amount. This secures space in my calendar.
Ad hoc additional hours are invoiced at the end of the month in which they took place.
Once any initial invoices are paid, I'll ask you to share any branding and style guidelines you have, login details, and any other relevant info about your business that will help me get to know your brand and your audience.
Monthly Tasks
Once I’ve got everything back from you, I can get started!
We'll have a kick-off call to set priorities and tasks for the first month.
Then I'll get to work providing the services, communicating with you by email regularly to update you on progress.
You can email me at any time and I'll respond within 24 hours (during standard weekday office hours).
We'll have a meeting at the start of each month and repeat the process.
Additional meetings outside of the standard monthly ones can be requested, but will be charged for.
